SURFACE PRE TREATMENT
Cleaning / Washing Plants
Cleaning plants for pre- and after-treatment of goods applying special processes such as:
- Hydrosonic
- Ultrasonic
These make the items free of contamination to ensure quality of subsequent processes.
Degreasing
Chamber degreasing plants for bulk material and individual pieces, designed for different requirements:
- Universal continuous-flow plants for small and large parts
- Vacuum distillation plants
- Combination with bath care units
- Vacuum evaporator, oil skimmer, centrifuges, micro or ultra-filtration
Where degreasing is followed by drying, convection hot air or vacuum drying is used.
Pickling
Pickling plants suitable for cleaning, de-scaling, phosphating and bonder lubrication of steel components, including steam heating coils, transporting system, fresh air blower and fume exhaust system.
Typical sequence:
- Pickling in 10 to 15% dilute sulphuric acid for 20 to 30 minutes
- Cold water rinsing for 5 minutes
- Phosphating for 10 to 15 minutes
- Cold water rinsing for 5 to 10 minutes
- Bonder lubrication for 10 to 15 minutes
SURFACE FINISHING
Phosphating Plants
Phosphating plants for pre-treatment for organic coatings like powder coating, lacquers, rubber-metal connections, zinc flake coatings.
Typically an 8-tank sequence:
- Degreasing
- Cold water washing
- Hot water tank
- De-rusting tank
- Cold water washing

Anodizing Plants
Anodizing plants used for anodic oxidation of metal surfaces for corrosion protection.
